Be Relaxed are committed to protecting your privacy. Be Relaxed constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service for our customers.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your email address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
Our Health and Safety and Safeguarding Disclaimer
Be Relaxed adheres to the Health and Safety Regulations (1974) and the IAHT Code of Conduct and Professional Practice.
Be Relaxed therefore take no responsibility for loss or injury to clients or to their personal possessions/property during the courses, coaching sessions, telephone, calls or home visits.
Public and Product Liability Insurance and Personal Indemnity Insurances are up to date and in place.
Safeguarding Policy
The Safeguarding policy will be shared on request and with also be emailed to every new client booked onto private sessions.
Be Relaxed believes that every client, regardless of age should feel safe and protected when accessing services. All the Be Relaxed coaches have current enhanced DBS.

Changes / Cancellation Policy
Pre Booked Courses:
If you choose to cancel a pre-booked course with Be Relaxed written confirmation will be needed via email to: info@berelaxed.com and relevant information will be required for cancellation and refund.
A £15 cancellation admin fee will apply if refunds are apportioned.
Sliding scale of refunds on pre booked course when notice given by email.
5 weeks - 100% refund
less than 4 weeks - No refund given.
Should the course be cancelled by Be Relaxed or Be Relaxed due to unforeseen circumstances then a refund or an alternative date will be offered.
If a client wishes to withdraw from an existing course they are attending with Be Relaxed then no refund will be given and this will be deemed as a 'cancellation' as the space had been specifically allocated to them and Be Relaxed will be unable to offer the complete course to another full paying client.
Delivery
UK deliveries should be received within 5 working days on receipt of your order. If your goods haven't arrived within 2 weeks, please contact us immediately. We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered goods after this time limit.
Deliveries overseas will vary, standard delivery can take up to 4 weeks on receipt of your order.
If you would like parcels delivered quicker please contact us for details of this service. Postage charges will reflect this.
Postage will vary depending on the size of your order and what country it is being sent to. You will need to enter your card details at check out to pay for any postage charges.
